Our Board

Hazel Keimowitz

Hazel joined the Anne Frank House Board more than 20 years ago. She served in several capacities: secretary, grants manager and from 2007 until 2012 as co-president. She is now retired but continues to support the homeless population by cooking meals, and is also involved in other volunteer activities. Hazel served for many years as the executive director of a national public health association.

The housing need is increasing in DC. Anne's Place continues to provide permanent supportive housing.
