Rozlyn (Roz) C. Engel is the Managing Director of the Treasury, Economics, and Enterprise Modernization Division at the MITRE Corporation. This nonprofit corporation has worked in the public interest for over six decades. While at MITRE, she has directed work programs valued at more than $80 million annually across various government agencies.
Before joining MITRE, Roz spent nearly 20 years at the nexus of economics and U.S. policy development. At the U.S. Treasury, she served as the senior career executive in charge of U.S. macroeconomic analysis and fulfilled the duties of the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Macroeconomic Policy.
From 2019 to 2023, Roz founded and served as the President of the World Affairs Council of New Jersey. She has also volunteered extensively at her NJ synagogue and her children’s schools.
