Rhoda is Recording Secretary of Anne's Place, formerly Anne Frank House. She has served on the Board of Directors of Adas Israel and chaired its Adult Education Committee. As a volunteer, she teaches immigrants the information they need to pass the naturalization test and become citizens. Professionally, she worked as a writer, staff assistant, program analyst and outreach officer for various federal government agencies.
