Mitch is a non-practicing attorney and an accountant who transplanted from NYC to the DMV in the late 1970’s. He specialized in multi family and hotel development and operations, helping to oversee a portfolio of approximately 10,000 units across the country. For the past 20 years he has specialized in assisting mission driven and faith-based non-profit owners and developers in all aspects of affordable housing acquisition, development, financing and operations in the DC area, including his membership on the Board of Directors at Open Arms Housing since 2013. Mitch and his wife of 48 years have 2 grown sons, now living on either coast.
