Frieda Arenos

Frieda Arenos has been a volunteer with Anne's Place, formerly Anne Frank House, since 2020. She joined the Board in late 2022, and currently runs the organization's meal program supporting the preparation and delivery of monthly meals to Anne's Place residents.

Frieda is an international development and policy practitioner, and currently serves as the Senior Program Director for Democratic Governance at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI). Frieda received a Master's Degree in Intercultural and International Communication from American University's School of International Service, and a Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science from the University of Vermont.
